Return Policy for Green Grocers

At Green Grocers, we offer a hassle-free return policy for most items within 5 days of delivery. However, there are some items that are non-returnable. Our return policy for non-returnable items is as follows:

1. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are non-returnable:
  • Perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, and dairy products
  • Items that are marked as non-returnable on their product page
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
2. Damaged Non-Returnable Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged non-returnable item, we will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at greengrocers67@gmail.com or through our customer support chat feature in the Green Grocers app within 24 hours of receiving the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

3. Refund Process for Non-Returnable Items

If you receive a non-returnable item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a refund, depending on the situation. If the item is not damaged or defective, we will not be able to provide a refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please log in to your Green Grocers account and cancel the order from the ‘Orders’ section. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
